We’re conveniently situated near State Highway 121, State Highway 183, and Interstate 820, with quick access to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Medical City North Hills, and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine. This makes transitions from hospital to rehabilitation smooth and stress-free. We provide the support you need to restore your health and wellbeing. Along with compassionate skilled nursing, we offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and engaging therapeutic activities that keep residents active and connected.
